Kinda. Anna Faris essentially is playing Cameron in LOST IN TRANSLATION while Giovanni Ribisi is essentially playing Sofia's former boyfriend Spike Jonze, alluding to the two possibly engaging in some shenanigans while making BEING JOHN MALKOVICH. That or Sofia is really paranoid.
