My Girl 3?

There are at least three My Girl 3 threads on this forum for Anna - you should look those up before posting a new one - is what I would suggest...

my previous entry on this subject referred people to the Wikipedia entry on My Girl 3 with speculations on the status of the Script that Dan Aykroyd supposedly knew something about and some industry insiders (supposedly weighed in on the other My Girl 3 threads on here somewhere...)

with the relevant paragraph (being old news) says:

"Columbia Pictures expressed serious interest in My Girl 3 (also known as Still My Girl) and a script has been in development since 2003, according to Dan Aykroyd. Aykroyd revealed in media outlets that Columbia was attempting to sign Anna for the role.[2] The project is still in development stages, with no current updates in four years."

But if Anna Chlumsky's career keeps climbing - someone at a studio with the rights to the My Girl franchise will see that a boat load of money can be made with a sequel to the sequel (hey look at Harrison Ford coming back to play his beloved character Indiana Jones after many years since the last film...) Anna is scheduled to be in a BBC film called In the Loop with James Gandolfini from the Sopranos - so that I am sure will raise Anna's visiblity and therefore the probability of a 3rd My Girl movie (whether they call is MG 3 or Still My Girl)

well I just saw the latest Indiana Jones movie - made what about 17 to 19 years after the last one - so you never know - it is an unlikely thing to happen

Your comparing the billion dollar Indiana Jones Franchise to two pre-teen low budget early 90's movies?
Those movies were about a young girl growing up... guess what she's grown up.

but if Anna's star "meter" rises... someone is bound to get the idea to make money by yet another sequel.... look what Sly Stallone did - twice! Came out with another Rocky and Rambo!!

If someone in Hollywood is convinced an income /revenue stream is possible , they they might do it some year... build it and they (the audience) will come? ROFL

talk to the hand, and if the hand has money it ... things will happen although I agree she is all grown up (maybe have some cheesy scene where My Girl is getting married, moves to New York and starts reviewing restaurants and editing sci fi stuff (or whatever she edited IRL) ...

why do people here think they're the authority of IMDB,and take it upon themselves to say weather or not a topic should be posted??who cares if there's other topics like this one??most people have lives and don't check through all the pages..only people with no life would...or would care...stop being retarded.i know it's hard,but please try!!!
