'special guest star'
Does anyone know how the term "special guest star" is used? I know that sounds kind of stupid, but this guy always seems to be listed as "special guest star" while more recognizable actors are just a "guest star"... I'm thinking he was listed as "special guest" for Law & Order SVU, but other actors like Henry Winkler, John Ritter, Shirley Jones, and Martin Short are listed along with other guest stars... nothin special about them.
Same thing with Bonnie Sommerville... I mean, what did they do so big that they're "special"?
