I so wish I played Kirsten on the O.C.
Does anyone know if hes becoming a permanent character? In australia, they just played the episode where him and Kirsten kiss. Is he still in it after that?

When I was really young and "the rocketeer" came out, I had a big ole crush on him, and still do. And I'm a boy, lol, he played gay on "Tales of the City" that shows he's openminded of different types of people.
shareI also loved him on the OC, unfortunately he only did 7 episodes. You should check out "Once and Again" season 1 and 2 are out on DVD. Billy is an amazing actor and absolutely handsome. You'll fall in love with him even more!
