Is That Bill C. in JoDee Messina Video, Bye-Bye?
It sure looks like him, though the long hair makes it hard to tell. I think the video is 10-15 years old, but - then or now - he's just gorgeous. It isn't just how he looks. To the extent you can tell w/strangers and celebrities, he seems genuinely nice. Lots of these posts suggest he is as well. It's so funny when guys not half as smart or talented or good-looking are way more full of themselves. He seems to be modest and grounded; hope he has someone nice.
