I AGREE with you both, but, I was a little confused about her charachter. I wish they could of delved into her past, why she was like the way she was.....but then again the mystery of not knowing is cool as well.

to me she was a bit cliche and the character was not needed. Her overreaction in the morning (especially the way it was filmed - with the law of thirds - film buffs will understand) was particularly annoying in this sense. I was glad to see her die.

I think my "dislike" of this character was due to the OVER performance of a clearly talented actress - as apposed to the appauling performance of the lead actor (miscast beyond belief!)

I understand what you mean bu law of thirds, and I do agree, well I guess I can see both sides of the coin. Part of me thinks that the director needed one last "crazy death or character" so that the leads could live.

I relly think this film could of been so much better. The first half hour really "pulled me in". But, I made the mistake of coming to this board an hour before going to see the film. So, I knew what to expect, but I was hoping it would be like The Village. I heard a lot of bad things about it, but I really liked it.

Guess we all have different tastes. And, you are RIGHT on the dot about the leads characters. I did not think MArk or Zoey were fit for those parts....I sit here and try to think who I would of cast.....I hate to say it but maybe Bruce Willis again?

OMFG She frikken scared me in the scene were she was killing herself!!! OMGEEE I just finished it tonight and I'll never forget her face wen she was killing herself!!! GAHHH
