In Taxi Driver he resembles Seth Rogen!

i was watching weeds today, and i was convinced that he was seth rogan's dad or close relative.

Rogen's much funnier though, I can't STAND Brooks. He's just so arrogant and completely annoying. Hate Cybil Shepherd as well (I guess they just make De Niro look even better in TD).

Ok, I know you made this post 8 months ago, but Rogen is in no way funnier than Albert Brooks. Seth has written one movie, and it was funny, but he doesn't have anywhere near the impressive body of work that Brooks has. Do you think Seth is funnier than Mel Brooks, too?

I'm still convinced he fathered Fred Savage's little brother. You know...the one with his own sitcom. "Boy Meets World"?

i agree, i used to think Rogan sounded like brooks, but then i just watched Taxi driver and he totally looked like what Rogan looks like now. They are both Jewish. So, they may be closely or distantly related. I also think if either were in better shape they would resemble William Shatner.

I agree with you, Werebull. If they ever make a Taxi Driver remake (which I don't hope!), Rogen should really play the Brooks part.

Besides that, talking about A.B., having Albert Einstein as your birth name... how cool is that?
