The blogger won't work out either

The long distance thing does not work. Sure, you can move your body to the other coast, but moving your life is much more difficult. You have so many connections to the place you have been living, especially at their ages.

She is much too eager to please others. I think that's why she gets into situations that are wrong for her. And she does not have the desire to delve deeply into who the other person is, until it's too late. She could develop this ability, but not having done so by now, probably never will. Should not be allowed to make relationship decisions without the help of a trusted advisor who is better at this. Unless she wants about seven marriages a la Liz Taylor.
