...when Patrick Bergin seemed to appear in every second film that was released. He was very good in Mountains of the Moon. A shame that his career petered out - I don’t honestly recall seeing him in anything for years. It’s hard to believe he’s almost 70 now.
shareYou know something? I found myself wondering about the same exact thing. He used to be everywhere but I had just seen “Patriot Games” on cable & I was wondering about what he had been up to. I remember the movie “They” about his daughter dying & he went to a woman who was blind who had the “gift” of communing with spirits, especially those of children who lived all around her house & he & his wife went to her, hoping his daughter would be there. Believe it or not I can’t even find that here on Moviechat.
As far as his “career” goes, I did a Google & IMDB search & he’s doing stuff, not just many movies but he’s still busy. Hardly recognize him now that he’s older but yeah I was a big fan of his back in the day.
