Anyone remember?

I have a memory of watching a movie on T.V. when I was little and it was about a teenage boy who lives in a house with his Mother, and he has a secret place behind the wall. And when his Mother dies he stays there even when new people move into the house. So nobody knows he's there and he is watching them. I swear it was Robbie Benson. I was old enough to know who he was. I didn't see it on the list of his film credits though. Does anybody else remember this? It had to be mid 70's to early 80's

I remember that movie too. I think the boy commited murder and his mother put him behind the wall to hide him. I can't remember who the boy was or the name of the movie. This is going to bug me!

The name of the movie is "Bad Ronald", it wasn't Robbie Benson though, but the boy in the movie did resemble RB very much. You can look it up on this board, I think its a television movie in the 70's. I hope this helps.

It was Scott Jacoby who played the boy Ronald...I love those 70's movies...I am watching The Death of Ritchie this afternoon...

If I remember correctly, His mother went into the hospital for an operation and died.
