If Annette had won any, would her and Warren he have cheated on her and then the two of them broken up and gotten divorced? Maybe its a good thing for Annette that she hasn't won and caught the curse!

It did not happen to Helen Mirren and Marion Cotillard for instance and if Annette wins the Oscar (which she hopefully will) for The Kids Are All Right, she won't have the same problem I think. If you're a real talent an Oscar is just a crowning of your career. Plus Warren Beatty (like Taylor Hackford) is an Oscar winner, so professional jealousy won't be a problem either I think.
