Swank has "stolen" the oscar twice from her-
and there is a good chance they'll compete again next year-
Swank for CONVICTION
Bening for THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT.

If they were to compete against each other next year, and I was an academy member, I would totally vote for Swank (even though I can't stand that buck toothed bitch.) just to see the look on Bening's face-
that would be a tv moment for the ages.

If Meryl Streep has only won 2 Oscars, I doubt they'd give Hilary a 3rd one.

I hope Annette wins, I loved her in American Beauty and Being Julia...and I really want her to win someday. But Hilary is good too.

Annette Bening better win this year for 'The Kids are Alright', because she gave an amazing performance and she is long overdue one!
