Should've played been Bane.
Anyone agree?
shareHmmmmmm ..never would of thought him for bane but now that i think about it.I could see him playing bane hes got the size and the natural accent .His accent would of made more sense for the bane character.Instead of hardy's bad sean connery impression.
Therefore we may call that art true at which does not seem to be art."
Yeah now that you mention it I think he would have been great. His accent is kinda similar to Bane's. And he's got the general build. I was looking forward to Hardy in the role but he kinda disappointed me slightly. He didn't live up to the previous villain, Ledger's Joker.
shareDude I was about to make this very same post! Luckily I went through the discussion boards first. He would've made an excellent Bane, which in turn would've made the movie itself way better. Bane's voice was the very aspect that ruined that movie for me. I realized he would've been perfect while watching 'No Country for Old Men.' That voice is bone chilling.
shareI liked Hardy as bane, but Bardem could have pulled it off for sure. I actually think he would have been a better fit for the joker. He's got that creepy look. He's a great great actor.
