Overall he's a more interesting actor than hardy .Plus he's bigger than hardy with a freakishly large head .Javier would of been the better choice .

shareI agree. I think it was an obvious casting choice they got wrong. Hardy was pretty good (albeit disappointing) but Bardem just sounds PERFECT. Hardy probably got the role just cos Nolan liked him from Inception.
shareHe would also have been an amazing Khan if they had held off on the character a while and have Benedict Cumberbatch in Star Trek Into Darkness be another character.
