There's just something about him that I don't care for. Smarmy, cocky- I'm not exactly sure what. Could just be the roles that he's played and maybe I don't care for his characters. Anybody else know what I'm talking about?
shareNo. I think that he is a fantastic actor - one of the truly great ones working today.
shareI don't care about his characters either. Impossible to empathise with them. Technically his performances are correct, but his characters are made of cardboard.
I don't think he's the next Pacino, let alone the next Brando. He lacks depth and breadth.
I'm with you, watching councilor, cringing every time he comes on screen.
