There was a woman in Commando (1985) who looks just like her!
I'm watching Commando (for the first time), and about 20 minutes in, when Ahnold is boarding the plane, there is a flight attendant who looks at his ticket and tells him his seat number. Man, she looks exactly like Madchen looks now. I had to rewind to make sure it wasn't her! There's no way though, since she would have only been about 15 at the time, but still it gave me pause. Check it out if you have access to the movie.
