So which episode(s) was Mädchen Amick in?

Her credits say s05e2, s05e03 and s05e5 as Mrs. Ellison but I did not see her OR a "Mrs. Ellison".

I found her ... s05e03 and s05e5 as Mrs. Ellison

s05e03 and s05e5 as Mrs. Ellison - the dying boys mother that Alex (Chloë Sevigny-Alex Lowe) is treating.

But I could not find her in s05e02???
