shareWhat?! You are making stuff up, so stop. First off, nobody hits "rock bottom" at Celeb Rehab. They had already hit rock bottom (sometimes) before ending up on that show.
Secondly, it's only been ONE episode of Celebrity Rehab. All she did was say "Hi! It's me, Sean Young!"
Bahahahaha...you dont think being on Celeb Rehab means she hasnt hit rock bottom???? You are too funny...

Rock bottom in Hollywood is when you can't even get a gig on CR.
They're all getting paid and hoping to parlay the exposure to get back into the tent. It's all about "I was a broken down addict once, but now I'm getting clean and sober and ready to get back to work!"
She IS a complete and total mess, though. I was flipping channels and did a double take when I saw her.
Rock bottom comes when their phones don't ring after CR and they relapse.
You can't say she's hit rock bottom, since she has been working. Rock bottom is when you basically hit the bottom is when they can get any work, no one returns their phone calls, and in the more severe cases almost die from and over dose.
Ms. Young has had personal problems ever since she first came to Hollywood, when she was younger it was just dismissed as a her being young and in Hollywood. Some actors go to Hollywood when they're young and burn themselves out quick, some have ups and downs during they're entire career, and some just burn out as they get older because the drugs and alcohol destroys their looks.
I hope she gets better this time, but it's obvious her addiction has taken a toll on her looks and destroyed her career and life.
I think the actors that only go to Hollywood to make a film or do a television series sometimes fair better than the ones that live and party in Hollywood or even New York. When they move to someplace like Montana and stay out of the celebrity party scene they seem to keep a more balanced state of mind and a decent perspective.
Then again, Daniel Radcliffe aka Harry Potter just admitted he was an alcoholic. He's only 21 so hopefully he realized early enough to save his life and his career.
I wish Ms. Young the best with her recovery and life.
We assume that we exist, and there is reality, and that the matter of which we are made is real.
She was never very talented to begin with and her looks were overrated.
shareI hope Daniel Radcliffe does well. I think you'll see more people come out as addicts at a younger age now that it's (a little) less stigmatized and more is known about it. I think in the past people were more apt to just shrug off a young person's addiction as being due to being young and partying, whereas now more is understood.
"I don't want to make money. I just want to be wonderful."
First off, let me confess, I am woefully behind on responding to this sort of stuff on the internet. I want to say that as far as me "hitting bottom" on a show like celebrity rehab....I was very grateful to have been offered a job and to have been paid so much for it.
I am a professional and I was very grateful to be offered the work. It's true, I don't have the ego issues that many of you folks have here on the internet, but don't worry, I'm learning....
I can tell you unequivocally that whatever the naysayers have to say about me, there is still interest in me as an actress and I'm will never give up. My spirit and it's pureness are above YOUR reproach.
I will begin another film in September/October 2012 which I will play the lead. The only thing that has held me back in the past is my own lack of confidence which I am now overcoming (plus dealing with the plethora of mindless media attacks which are a feature of this business).
I am so thankful to the many people who have stuck by me and given me courage over the very difficult years of being blacklisted. That seems to have taken a change for the better and I am very glad to see the change. My naivete' as a newcomer into show business years ago is long gone but what remains is a serious appreciation of my own contribution and the contribution of my friends who I have worked with over the years, which as it turns out is a lot of people.
I am sorry for my fearfulness in the past which kept me isolated, but my confidence is on the mend and I look forward to my continuing emergence.
And anybody who doesn't like me, can kiss my ass..AND I love you anyway.
Yours truly, Mary Sean Young
Hey man, I'm on your side!
You had me since Blade Runner.
In fact, I only watched that series of Celebrity Rehab because you were in it. It kinda sucked though because Lindsey Lohan's father decided it was all about him.
