I first remember seeing her as Wonder Woman's little sister on Wonder Woman. She was charismatic.

Urban Cowboy. Officer and a Gentleman. Terms of Endearment. I was in high school in the early 80s and Debra Winger was IT!

I remember seeing the coming attractions for Mike's Murder and then...nothing. Her career seems to have stalled. I caught Black Widow on video but it didn't do much at the box office. Debra Winger was a huge star. Huge. She was as big as Meryl Streep in the early 80s. I wish her career had sustained.

I just caught that 2-part episode ("The Feminum Mystique") and Debra was sexy and charismatic as Wonder Girl. In fact, she took attention away from Lynda Carter, the star of the show!

she continued on working though and got nominated in 94 for shadowlands. however she retired in in 95 and its been sporadic since then. i wish she could have a nice ass comeback and an afi and cecille b demmile inductions
