Ridley Scott is already picked to direct the Alien prequel.

I'd like to see him direct a future Punisher film as long as they directly adapt all of Garth Ennis stories.

You must fail to understand what's so awesome about his films if you want him to make totally unnecessary sequels and prequels (which always suck and most of us don't even bother watching). Leave those for idiots who can't come up with an interesting idea of their own.
