Unlikely duet II: Streisand and Daisy Ridley

Actress Daisy Ridley (STAR WARS) posted an Instagram photo on Saturday of her and Barbra Stresiand in the recording studio.

Last week, the star of 'Star Wars VII: The Force Awaken' told director JJ Abrams she was heading into the recording studio over the weekend with 'a massive superstar'.

JJ Abrams recalls one day on the set while filming the movie, Ridley (who plays Rey in the series) started singing "and had the most beautiful voice I ever heard!" he told reporters.

Streisand is currently working on a thid album of Broadway showtunes, and it appears to be a 'duet formula' for the whole album.

Hmmm... choosing duet partners who are young enough to be her children and even grandchildren.

Yep! They're being chosen strictly due to their stellar singing voices; nothing else!

There's certainly no secret motive taking place with THESE pairings!

Never heard of Daisy, but yes - she could be her grand-daughter.

Truly, if this is what Streisand has sunk to, it's really time for her
to retire.

She should stick to her "goal" of directing a film she is not in (to
her credit, it appears she's doing that, since she's accepted she's
no longer a movie star), and even directing a play.

Since she seems to release an album every two years now, and this is
the second duet gimmick, how can Sony hope that she can sell a major
album solo again by the age of 76???
