Children

She doesn't have children no.

Many years ago I read an interview she did and she and Michael were trying to have a baby but it just wasn't going to happen. That's all she said about it and I am surprised they didn't adopt.

*Maybe* she was too busy with acting and conventions to devote time to raising kids...or just unlucky and it all didn't go to plan.

She has several cats and dogs, though, and a niece and nephew in Greece. It could be argued that perhaps she's a bit like a mother-figure to her fans in a way, by being nice to them and being inspirational; that sort of thing. Personally I see her more as a pseudo-"big sister I never had" kind of figure. I hope this actually makes sense to everyone else as I know whatI mean but perhaps you won't.

There are too many maybes to consider... Maybe her husband's lacking in his department. Maybe she's lacking in that department. Maybe they simply didn't want kids in the first place. Who knows...

Quite true. A lot of people just don't want to be parents. They have other things that they want to do, and other plans or ambitions with their lives and parenting just doesn't fit in.
