His best movie

The Thing is by far his best movie and also one of the best horror movies ever made. Anyone agree?

I agree.

The Thing is awesome. Although I don't think it's Kurt's best, it may be one of the best horror movies ever. If you haven't had the chance yet listen to the commentary on The Thing with Carpenter and Russell. Or any of their commentaries actually. Great stuff.

Well, my days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle.

reply

Of course have I listened the commentary on The Thing. Truly great stuff, indeed!

Take a guess what my opinion is

Lo-Pan, which Lo-Pan, the basket case on wheels or the ten foot tall road block?

The funniest movie I've ever seen!

I got news for 'em. There's gonna be hell to pay. 'Cause I ain't Daddy's little boy no more.

reply

Agreed. The Thing is his and Carpenter's best film. It is a great ensemble movie. The DVD commentary is still the best I've ever heard.
