I was watching "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" and during the shower scene I saw a bunch of brown bumps all over his shoulder and chest, anyone know what they are?

keloid scars! usually occur from acne...tissue doesnt heal that well and become big fat scars! People say they're most common in black people, but I'm white and i've got a bunch of them!

They can come from any major scars that didn't heal such as any surgery stitches. A lot of male African Americans have then on the back of their neck from razor bumbs from clippers. Some African American women have them from pierced ears that didn't heal correctly.
