Does he do the voice-over work on the TurboTax commercials?

I was thinking the same thing. Keep seeing the commercial on Hulu. I logged onto IMDB to check

I just came here because I just saw the commercial and thought it sounded like him.

That's what I've seen on Google, but find it hard to believe - he hasn't dried up as an actor only able to do commercial voiceovers now, has he?

I hear you can make a lot of money in commercials and voice overs. And it probably took him only a few hours at most to do the work on it. So, why not? Also since he doesn't appear in it physically, most people probably didn't notice it was him and he won't be just 'that TurboTax guy'.

I don't think doing commercial voice-overs means you've hit rock bottom. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought they used people like Julia Roberts, Jeff Daniels, John Stamos, etc. because you are supposed to recognize their voices. Either way though I don't see why they use a completely unfunny and annoying person like this guy. Every time I see one of those commercials (which seems like 18 times per hour) I just want to bang my head against a wall. I can't believe it's only January and I hear this guys voice in my nightmares. They should have kept using the ones Zack Morris did last year.

John Reilly is the voice in the 2014 TurboTax “Did You Make a Person Last Year?”, commercial.
