I don't hate him. I think he's actually kinda cool and despite what people though about it made a good Mr Crepsley. :)

People are just upset that someone that isn't absolutely gorgeous is somehow making a name for himself in hollywood. People are jealous.

Either that or they've only seen his mediocre comedies and none of his dramatic work, which is absolutely phenomenal.

That comes off as such an ignorant statement, you have no idea.

I challenge you to name ONE actor with the staying power that he has who has no reason to be there. I'm not talking about the Kim Kardashians of the world who are famous for being famous. This guy's been in movies since the early 90s, he's not some fluke.

Please, tell me why he has no talent. I can't truly judge your statement unless you tell me what movies you've seen of his. Having NO talent?

Like the other guy said, if you've only seen certain, recent movies he's been in then it's passable to think the guy's not that funny (even though I do think they've been consistently good).

So let us know which movies you've seen of his and WHY they're terrible.

I think he did amazing in Walk Hard: The Dewy Cox Story. I have most of his songs on my Ipod.

In person John is a BIG JERK... he totally disses his fans and is completely rude and so full of himself. He's not that great of an actor and he thinks he craps ice cream.

I met him 2 times and each time he is an ass!.. Hate the guy and will never watch him in a movie again.
