So I watched Letters to Juliet...

And watching it I realised how much she resembles an older version of Natasha Richardson, her expressions and looks and especially her smile!... I had watched Maid in Manhattan the day before so I had it fresh in my mind.
I then did my research and found out she is her mother... !!!
All of you are probably like DUH! But I just love how I saw a resemblance without actually knowing they are mother and daughter :)

Natasha was a beautiful human being and many of us still mourn her. I also
admire her mother as an actress, but disagree with her politics.

yeah I've always thought that this mother and daughter look alike and as a previous poster said I disagree with some of Vanessa's politics but you can't deny her talent on screen nor feel bad for the recent string of losses in her personal life particularly for Natasha's accidental death a parent is never supposed to outlive their children

"why are you married to him then if you can't work with him how do you live with him?"

Yeah, I feel the same way. When people get up and complain about Vanessa's acting when they're really just bitching about her politics, I want to scream "THERE'S A DIFFERENCE!"

Vanessa was a professional. Remember, back in the '90s, she and Charlton Heston did a made-for-TV version of A Man for All Seasons. They were wonderful together in the movie (OK, it wasn't up to the original movie, but it was still pretty good). I'm sure they sparred about politics off camera, but they worked together very well.
