Bar none of worst actors. His acting is so fake. You can tell he is acting. No wonder this guy never became a big star. Even meg ryan gained commerical success he never did.

I first saw him in Great Balls of Fire. What a great, wild movie! I loved it. Recently saw him in The Special Relationship playing Bill Clinton and Michael Sheen playing Tony Blair. Very good insights into both.
