Interesting link between pryce and I

Hi, my name is Lloyd Davies and I am a 15 year old film-maker.
I was watching the extras on the Pirates of The Caribbean DVD and I noticed that Jonathon Pryce (when he was being interviewed) had an accent just like mine. I looked into this and -as im sure any fan would already know- he grew up in Holywell and attended Holywell High School. I live in Holywell and I am currently attending Holywell High School so being an aspiring film-maker this shot some hope into me and made the idea of making it in the film business seem like not so far-fetched a dream.
I noticed he was in films that I had loved for years such as Glengary Glen Ross and Terry Gilliam's Brazil (my particular favourite). The idea that someone from the town I live in has starred alongside Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro is quite unbeliveable to say the least.
I asked my Dad if he knew anything about him and it turns out my parents actually rented out Jonathon Pryce's childhood bedroom for a few months when they first got married. They told me that they knew his father Isaac who worked in a sweet shop and was a very kind man - you know, the sweet kind of man that you would expect to work in a sweet-shop (not sure for how long though).

So anyway, Jonathan, if you ever get to read this - thankyou for making 'the business' not seem like such a fantasy. (I mean that in the best possible way)
