King James
I've been following the production of Terrence Malick's new movie 'The New World,' about the English clashing with the Native Americans, colonizing Jamestown, Virginia. I assumed King James would probably appear in the film, in a minor role. And now The New World website (www.thenewworldmovie.com) has an expanded section on the cast, with bios and photos, and reveals that Jonathan Pryce is playing the King. He appears briefly, and from a distance in the new trailer as well,in a shot of the King's court, with Pocahontas bowing to the King. Faces can't be seen, but it must be them.
