Miss Saigon

I like Jonathan Pryce as an actor, but not so much as a person.

During Miss Saigon controversy, he could explain reasonably why he should be in the role. Or he could keep quiet, stayed out of it. The “yellow face” issue is not about him anyway. Nobody in the protesters accusing Jonathan Pryce himself wrong in taken that role. Instead he tried his best to paint this controversy was only caused by certain relative known Asian American actor, one of many people who protest, ridiculed that actor, to try sabotage the actor career by making him unpopular. I consider his behavior in that episode very mean and low. It got nothing do to whether he should be in that role or not.

I don't know how the original poster misconstrued Jonathan's stance during the Saigon controversy. He acted very graciously as all of that nonsense was going on.

Screw Edward and Jacob...I'm Team Geoffrey Rush!
