Unless someone comes up with satellite footage of the accident showing GP plowing into him, the jury won’t have to deliberate more than 15 minutes. His case isn’t just weak, it’s non-existent. All the on-the-scene witnesses I’ve seen so far make me wonder why he hasn’t waved the white flag.
His lawyers are really grasping at straws. Asking witnesses questions that cannot possibly have any bearing on this.
They want to prove she hit him beyond a reasonable doubt and they haven’t come close to making any juror think “maybe she DID cause this”. It’s hilarious.

The only eye witness in the Plaintiff’s favor admitted to not saying Paltrow crashed into him 7 years ago. Now he is saying she did.
Then the Plaintiff contradicted things from the deposition. He even said: “I mispeak a lot.”
There is also a statement from him saying that it is cool he had a collison with a celebrity.
On top of that, there is a text from Paltrow back then saying someone crashed into her.
All of this makes Paltrow more credible.
With what I’ve seen so far, if I was a juror, I would find her not liable.

I have not followed the case much but he said "I heard this scream like I have never heard on the slopes".
