Brilliant in Peaky Blinders (TV series)

Sam gives an incredible performance as Inspector Campbell and does a very convincing Irish accent too.

I highly recommend the series too, it's one of the best British series for a while and all the cast are superb, it's really gripping.

Just finished watching the first season and indeed Sam Neil is incredible. Kudos to the rest of the cast as well, and especially to Cillian Murphy with his brilliant performance as Thomas Shelby.

NOBODY expects the Spanish Inquisition!

Glad you enjoyed the series and Sam's performance too. Cillian Murphy is very impressive as Thomas Shelby. Cillian, Sam, Helen McCrory and Paul Anderson give the best performances in the series.

He is superb in Peaky Blinders. It's a good show but what lets it down is the accents... Sam's is awesome but, being a midlander, the brummie accents are mostly terrible :/ Joe Cole's isn't too bad and Aimee-Ffion Edwards is quite good too bit the rest are pretty terrible... Sorry

Actually the accents are historically correct for that time period. Things were that different sounding back then.

He is terrific in it, as is the whole cast. Very enjoyable to watch. Although, I hate his character, Campbell. But, I suppose, that means he is a good actor!
