Has he helped Black Panther to win Best Picture at Oscars?

We all know that while Black Panther is a solid enough addition to the MU franchise, it was nominated for Best Picture due to political reasons.

I was happy to believe that's as far as it would go; a nomination but not a win. Now with Liam Neeson's admission and the backlash it has caused adding to the heightened sensitivity over the subject of racism, can we expect this to be the extra push that the film needs to get it the win?

If any film gets a push thanks to Neeson's admission (and I personally think it's ridiculous to believe it will), I'd prefer that it was BlacKkKlansman. Black Panther was better than average but hardly a cinematic masterpiece.

If Beale Street Could Talk, another black-helmed film dealing with racism, is better than both but wasn't even nominated for Best Picture!
