Was Dina Meyer In A 1990 HBO Summer Commercial with Robert Wuhl?

I have a trivia question. Was Dina Meyer the girl in the white bathing suit who did "The Best Summer Ever ..." HBO commercial in 1990? Robert Wuhl was in it, and he arrived at a beach party driving a VW bug. People were dancing all over the beach, and he kept seeing her and looking for her.

The beginning of the commercial featured "Dream On", that wonderful show with Brian Benben.

Thanks for the info if anyone knows it was her, or who the actress was.
