i watched the DVD last week it was called "Eye see you" Dina played Stallone's fiance Mary who is murdered by a serial killer Stallone is trying to catch in the movie. Dina's character dies an awful death. but i didn't see that movie listed here.

On the 1st of November 2006, the beautiful actress and film-maker Adrienne Shelly returned home to her Manhatten apartment complex after dropping off her daughter at pre-school. A young Ecadorian man named Diego Pillco (who was part of a team employed to do renovatation and reconstruction work on the building), then took his break, followed her back to the apartment and forced his way inside. Though it is impossible to prove, it is pretty much accepted that had been stalking her and that his primary intention was rape. When Pillco had finished with her, he wrapped the bedsheet around Shelly's neck, dragged her into the bathroom and hanged her from the shower rail. The pathologist's report established that she was alive and fully conscious at the time. Pillco then cleaned up the forensics and went downstairs to finish his shift. He clocked out with the rest of his crew, none of whom noticed anything different about him. Shelly was found by her husband Andy Ostroy upon his return from work that evening.
The original verdict was suicide, but several days later a second CSI team found a faint - and unexplained - shoeprint in the bathroom. They matched it Pillco, who was still working in the building. He confessed in custody, telling police that killing Shelly reminded him of 'stringing up pigs back on the farm'. Pillco was an obsessive fan of Spanish-language horror movies, and in the Spanish world the Day of the Dead falls on either the 1st or 2nd of November depending on location. Due to the lack of forensic evidence, and the fact that the 19-year old Pillco had neither a lawyer nor diplomatic representative when he was questioned, the prosecution agreed to a plea-bargain. He is now serving a 25-year sentence for Manslaughter One in the NY Correctional System. For the record, Adrienne Shelly bore a degree of similarity with Dina Meyer. They were both fair-skinned, red-haired, blue-eyed women with full lips and high cheekbones.
Pillco can now be found on 'Facebook', making lots of new friends. He lists his favourite celebrity as Sly Stallone.
In 'Eye See You/D-Tox', Sly Stallone his found his wife Dina Meyer hanged in the living room. In horrendous reality, Andy Ostroy found his wife Adriennne Shelly hanged in the bathroom.
