I'm beginning to think it is

If she (or anyone for that matter) were to go out and say "I was raped by " without any proof - even if it was 100% true - and proof would be like a video tape of the rape or a signed confession by the rapist - things she would be unlikely to have - then she could be sued by the rapist and forced to spend thousands on legal fees. She could also end up getting an expensive legal judgment against her. Her rapist was a hollywood bigwig so likely to still be very rich and powerful. Thus very likely to be able to bankroll a legal attack against Rose. She would be ruined professionally and financially. Big incentive for her to not name any names even if her allegations are 100% true.
