She's now looking TOO skinny

I haven't noticed any change in her weight for several years because of the way she dresses (and covers up), but on an episode of The Good Wife a few days ago where she was wearing a very fancy gown that showed her shoulders completely bare - she did NOT look good (IMHO).

I'm so sad that there is this massive pressure on actresses to lose weight.

One of the things I liked about Julianna when she was on ER was that she seemed to have a normal body type and was not anorexic like too many actresses are.

Shame.

I agree. But she's been skinny from the start of the show and very unattractive to me. Her face is sunken in and ughhh!! Thank god we dont see sex scenes between her and Will. It would ruin their romance for me lol

Agreed. That dress she had on a few weeks ago in The Good Wife, with her shoulder bones showing, and I mean showing... meh.

It could be from all the weight she lost or simply a part of aging, but her face looks completely different shape than what it always was. It used to be round and now it's heart shaped. Makes me think she had something small done, like cheek implants. This would account for her complete difference in facial appearance all of a sudden. She hardly looks like herself nowadays. But then again, it could perfectly be on account on one or both reasons I listed in the beginning. I just know that I don't like it. One thing she could do is fire the make up artist on The Good Wife. They are (and always have been) using way too much eye liner both above and below the eyes. She has aged gracefully but one of the things that happen to us as we age is droopy eye lids. With so much eye liner used, it makes them look almost completely closed and it is not flattering. What used to work for her when she was younger (with big, expressive eyes,) does not work any longer thanks to the nature of aging.
