For me it's a tie between The Untouchables, and Glengarry Glen Ross.

not sure if you are referring to the screenplay only, or the movies/stories themselves. I have not read all his screenplays but my favorite story of his is Heist.
when you specify screenplay it makes me wonder what you are referring to.... the writing on the page or the story itself. because, one can like the story but dislike the way the letters on the page were arranged.
