I hope you mean that she looks great, which she does, but as far as acting- you may want to rethink that
shareI agree that she's definitely one of the best actresses of our generation. No serious film critic would disagree that, because of Andie MacDowell, Groundhog Day and Four Weddings and a Funeral are among the top 25 films of the 20th century.
shareYou silly girl...
1. "our generation" - she's close to 50!
2. Most serious film critics agree on her lack of talents in acting.
3. "Groundhog day" was a success and is in IMDB top 250 because of Bill Murray and a superb script. Although Angie was the female lead she really didn't have much else to do than occasionally show discontempt at Murray or flash her famous smile, whereas I cannot imagine anyone else play Murray's role.
4. "Four Weddings" was primarily based on Hugh Grant's antics (his trademark "Britishness" and awkwardness) and the predictable but sweet plot.
I have nothing against Angies person per se, and I do like her smile.
She has been to a handful of great films but none of those have been great because of *her*.
Speaking as an acting instructor, Andie MacDowell was the best thing about Groundhog Day and Four Weddings and a Funeral.
shareSpeaking as the Postmaster General and a honorary consul for Portugal, you are wrong.

Well, I know that I'm probably shooting myself in the foot by mentioning this film, but I thought that she was perfect in "Hudson Hawk". I can't imagine anyone else playing that part. She was quirky and funny, and makes me laugh (her dolphin impression? lol). My favorite role of hers.
"Hudson Hawk" has got to be of the worst movies of the 20th century.
shareThis is the best response I have ever read on IMDB.
Touche to you sir.
