Noticed this when I started to watch Parks and Reck, does he have the Sylvester Stallone syndrome?

He's always done it but it seems SO much more prevalent in The Grinder and is incredibly distracting! I came to the board to see if it bugs anyone else. ;-P

I'm having a total urge to punch his stupid face, while watching this show. It is somewhat funny, but he is ruining it for me.

It's a side effect from a plastic surgery procedure, likely coming from the Botox or chin augmentation he's had.

Yes, this. Botox, especially, will keep you from moving your face normally. But botched plastic surgery doesn't help.
