She was really horrible to me.

I worked on her show, The New Adventures Of Old Christine. During a late night shoot when I was minding my own business, doing my job, I looked up and she was staring at me and when she made eye contact she made a vomiting gesture and went: blech!! as if she was throwing up at the sight of me. I had done absolutely nothing to her. It was bizarre and I’m convinced she’s mentally ill and filled with hatred.

duly??

Dully?

reply

No offence but that made me laugh. I can imagine Elaine doing something just like that on Seinfeld.

Maybe it was a misunderstanding you were never privy to, like someone said something about you behind your back to her, that shit happens.

Did other crew members you worked with observe similar behavior from her?

reply

I ain’t buying it and he shouldn’t be selling it

reply

Do you swing your arms whilst walking?

reply

Haha! over here we swing our arms while walking. To do so whilst walking is far too much to ask of us.

reply

LOL

reply

Could she have been trying to be funny? Maybe making some kind of joke referring to something else?

reply

No, here’s what I really think. The show was tanking and she or the directors or the producers or some or all of the above were desperate to get the shot just right and believe me when I tell you, it was a really stupid scene. It wasn’t working and it was already the middle of the night.

She was a big star then but only from Seinfeld. If there is one person in the presence of a big star who minds their own business and doesn’t get giddy about seeing them, the stars who are emotional weaklings will zoom in on that person and turn on their disgusting bully side. I definitely think she was referencing Seinfeld and the episode she did that to the Sidler in with the Tic Tacs. Only to me she amped it up and she looked really mean, like a creepy monster.

She was in a bad mood and she’s just a nasty person.

reply

From what I have heard, that does not sound surprising, but it is still sad that people act like that.

reply

What have you heard? I really know nothing about her as a person other than this experience.

reply

I don’t remember where I read it, but supposedly her and the Kramer guy were obnoxious and difficult on the set of Seinfeld. She was a real prima donna, acting as if she was the main star of the show.

reply

Well, he’s nuts and she’s a billionaire so it all kind of makes sense.

A lost opportunity to glare right back at her and say, "You want a piece of me?"

reply

You’ve obviously never had a boss or cared about losing a job you worked very hard to get.

Lucky you.

Although I did get back at her in a much more subtle way and she ate the humble pie.

Yeah, that was a funny episode. Frank is hilarious.

did anyone witness this?

reply

Of course.

call the national inquirer.

reply

Haha! I’m sure they’d pay me at least a dime for a “celebrity was mean to me ten years ago on set” story.

reply

it's the in thing right now

reply

I had a job once where the boss was rude and mean to me. Welcome to the club, snowflake.

Shut up.
