Rays voiceover in Goodfellas is incredible, (and kind of overlooked and underated) and I would say the only one that is better is Morgan Freeman in Shawshank.

But it is close... Liotta had such an arresting and interesting voice, and I think his voiceover really raised Goodfellas up to be a classic.
