It's only been about 16 years since scream. I know that may seem like a lot but look at Neve! She was in scream four and she doesn't even look half as how old he looks.

shareHe got older lol. He is in his early 40's....he isn't old but he isn't a kid anymore. Neve does look great...but women, especially celebrity women take good care of their skin and have procedures done to keep them looking younger.

Don't forget that when he made scream he was not a teenager! These actors play kids way younger than they are, and when you see them later you expect only 10 years to have gone by since you saw the movie. he was 26 when he made scream not 17!!
17 years later and he is 43 but you think he should be about 30!
