shareThat is one of my favorite things he's ever done too!! I've listened to a lot of books he's narrated and poetry readings, but I think him narrating the audiobook version of Lolita is like his magnum opus in terms of his vocal talent.
shareI know this is a very old post, but I just had to get on here and say, that I'm actually listening to the audio book right now, and I agree he is a brilliant narrator and he was also outstanding in the movie.
shareMe and my sister watched "Kafka" in 1991, we were both fans of the author of course but we left the cinema having fallen for J.Irons that day.
Still my favorite movie of his, still fancy him, a timeless man.
