What movies or tv shows were ruined by an actors death?

Didn't really know what board to use for this question, but he died while he was still working on one of the Hunger Games movies so I thought it was at least somewhat apt. But was pondering this question and couldn't really find any lists or discussions on this so thought I'd ask here. I'm especially looking for some tv show examples, like how House of Cards was completely ruined when Kevin Spacey was outed. That's like if Bryan Cranson died mid Breaking Bad. There just have to be numerous examples of this, right?

Raul Julia died halfway through his last movie. They didn't have insurance on him (I don't think they knew he was sick) They couldn't fund the rest of the film to replace him and had to scrap the project.

Imagine what other movies he could have done. He was such a good actor.
