Have always enjoyed this guys work. Wish I could look forward to thanksgiving/Christmas get together a with him, seems like he'd be the coolest uncle ever.

shareHe's a cool, average guy if you can catch him out and don't act like an *beep* to him. If you do, or catch him on a rare bad night, then just take it elsewhere.
Just remember, not everyone can be "on" 24/7 and celebrities are people, too. If it looks like their trying to unwind, leave them be, maybe wave, and let that be it. Don't intrude on them while eating or trying to relax. For those that do conventions, they know they aare paid to be there and are polite to a point, but again, like Wil Wheaton says: Don't Be A Dick.
(and yes, I've met a fair share of celebs at conventions, and even attended them with one/several of the "celebrities", even if he insists he's "J List". LOL)
