yes and his arms look better (meaning he doesn't look like he's been doing drugs such as heroin.)

That makes sense. If he's putting all that effort and strain into pulling something along, he wouldn't be able to shoot up at the same time. He has to do it during the in-between times.

I saw him yesterday at a Comic Con. He lost a little weight and he looked cleaned up.
