I know it's not her, but that gal who plays "Jan" at the front desk at the Toyota Dealership reminds me a lot of Michelle Forbes

I don't know the Toyota commercial spokeswoman's name either, but when the ads come on at my house we say "It's Agent Pierce" because of a great recurring character she played on one season of Burn Notice.
