1 million for legal fees and 9 million for hookers and blow

I know, that seems kinda strange. He wants to make a feature film instead of a documentary that's why he wants that much money he said.

It does seem a bit of an excessive amount but he needs money to make the documentary, and he's doing the documentary to name them to prevent himself from being sued by said names.

By doing a documentary it involves signing a waiver or something so the abusers can't sue him if he calls them out for what he did.

To be honest, i don't think he'll raise the full 10 million but i do think he's still do the documentary. He's tried to name them before but everyone was more interested in investigating Michael Jackson at the time.
